Teaching micro video is the appropriate learning resources to the flipped classroom,and its design quality is closely related to the learner's own learning effect,and it will also affect the final teaching effect of the classroom.Designing the appropriate teaching micro video is so important that it becomes a new professional qualification for teachers.In order to cope with the practical problems of teaching micro video design in the practice of flipped classroom,the main contents of this study are: providing a reasonable teaching micro-video design process;providing teaching content design,topic type,video characterization design and other strategies;verifing the rationality of the design strategies in the practice of the flipped classroom.This study presents the process of teaching micro video design in the flipped classroom as: carrying out the teaching tasks analysis and teaching content design,teaching objectives,current learners' learning situation and teaching contentin volved;selecting the topic types which are suitable for the teaching micro video;designing the characterization of the teaching micro video,carrying the video out;evaluating the quality of the teaching micro video;improving the video gradually,applying the video to the practice of the flipped classroom.In view of not all of the teaching content is suitable to show in the form of teaching micro video,the designer should consider whether the type of knowledge content has the practical teaching value when the topic type is analyzed.Based on the theory of knowledge classification,theoretical teaching type,reasoning calculus type,skill training type,question and answer type,experimental operation type and emotion perception type are suitable topic types.In the flipped classroom,the teaching micro video is used in the autonomous learning stage.Students' self-control is one of the most uncontrollable factors.Non-structured visual images in the video can interfere with learning.Interest,as one of the learning motivations,will also affect the effect of autonomous learning.In order to stimulate learners' interest and maintain learners' attention,fully consider the characteristics of different media,functional and teaching application effects,and make a reasonable choice with different media.Based on the guiding principles provided by the theory of multimed ia picture linguistics and cognitive psychology,put forward the corresponding design principles.Exploring the design points of the network micro videos,and draw the inspiration to the teaching video design strategies,such as using of enhanced elements to guide learners' sight,simplifing the interface,reducing unnecessary redundancy,focusing on the knowledge points,expanding the teaching video display forms,improveing learners' participation.According to the design process and other design strategies provided by this study,desigh the teaching micro videos,and carry out the quasi-experimental study of the flipped classroom.Respond to learners' assessment,learning assessment and behavior assessment,the study concludes that learners are mostly satisfied with the teaching micro videos and the self-learning based on teaching micro videos.The teaching micro videos,used the design strategies,could reduce the level of cognitive load,and promote the mastery and migration of students' knowledge content.
