Study On Status Of Higher Medical Education In Hebei Province

Higher medical education is an important part of higher education. China has formed the largest medical universities in the world, the largest student and school forms of higher medical education. Hebei actively implements the national development strategy of higher medical education, promotes the development of higher medical education, and adheres to the connotation of development of roads, and constantly adapts to the needs of society. The number of medical colleges and medical students gradually increase and disciplines and teaching management have made certain achievementsand. Meanwhile, due to imbalance of economic development, basic power is relatively weak, school conditions of higher medical education in Hebei is poor, levels of education are low, professional structure is irrational, regional development is unbalanced. To solve these problems, Hebei continuously pushes forward the reform of higher medical education, optimizes the allocation of resources and the educational structure, improves the management system, establishes quality supervision mechanism of higher medical education.This study analyzes the hierarchical structure, professional structure, regional structure, the structure of teachers, school size and other aspects of the status and problems of higher medical education in Hebei Province,and makes the following recommendations: uphold the principle of serving the community, a clear educational ideas, determine the orientation, train medical personnel at different levels; improve medical education policies and institutions to,increase capital investment, improve school conditions; adjust constantly the size of higher medical education, compress the number of specialist medical education students and expand the scale of undergraduate and graduate education; combine with social needs, establish Hebei Medical Subject characteristics; updated constantly training mode, deepen the reform of the school system and teaching methods, strengthen the teaching staff to improve teaching standards; optimize resource allocation, balance regional higher medical education faculty; promote Hebei Higher Medical Education to develop scientifically and healthy.
