Research On The Development Of Chinese Foreign Cooperation In Higher Education In Hebei Province

At present,the development of Sino-foreign cooperative education in higher education in Hebei Province is at a low and medium level in the country.Many difficulties and challenges in the process of running schools have not been effectively alleviated and cannot meet the needs of the integrated development strategy of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Carrying out research on the development of Sino-foreign cooperative education in higher education in Hebei Province is of great significance for raising the level of international development of higher education in Hebei Province and serving the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integrated talent training strategy.On the basis of systematically sorting out the concept,characteristics,mode and development trend of sino-foreign cooperation in running schools,this paper combines the needs of sino-foreign cooperation in running schools with the needs of China's social and economic development and the internationalization of higher education,this paper elaborated on the basic principles and requirements for Chinese-foreign cooperative education.Based on the basic principles and school requirements,through big data and typical case analysis,it is found that the problems that restrict the development of Sino-foreign cooperative education in higher education in Hebei Province are mainly reflected in the lack of connotative development,the "catfish effect" has not been exerted,education and teaching satisfaction is not high,not attractive for High-quality students,and party building needs to be strengthened.According to the existing problems,This paper conducted an in-depth interviews with students,teachers and administrators of sino-foreign cooperative schools in Hebei universities,and learned that the main reasons for the problems of Sino-foreign cooperative education in higher education in Hebei Province are the inaccurate school positioning and the low level of the introduction of educational resources,imperfect teaching system,weak party building work,and insufficient government support and supervision.Based on the causes of the problems,this paper proposes a series of countermeasures for the development of Sino-foreign cooperative education in higher education in Hebei Province.The first is to strengthen the connotation development of Sino-foreign cooperation in runningschools from the two aspects of guiding colleges and universities to establish the direction of high-quality development and establishing the mechanism of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools with regional characteristics;the second is to introduce high-quality foreign educational resources from the aspects of raising the level of foreign partner institutions and establishing high-level foreign teachers;the third is we should improve the educational and teaching management system from the two aspects of establishing the high-quality curriculum teaching system and improving the teaching quality monitoring system;the fourth is to establish an effective party building work mechanism from the two aspects of strengthening the training of party affairs personnel and establishing an international party building work mechanism;the fifth is to strengthen the effective government support and supervision from the two aspects of providing diversified support services and improving the government supervision mechanism.
