Shooting sports is a static and endurance of the combination of movement and higher requirements for stability, from the gun, aiming and shooting are required in the whole process of movements smooth, harmonious and unified. Shooting sports, therefore, is a collection of skills, physiological and psychological special sports. This article main research content is as follows:In routine training, coaches technical guidance in the movement, athletes understand relatively vague; After a long-term training for athletes, technology changes, the coaches are harder to find; In the flying saucer project preliminary pose, gun, gun, firing, and maintain is fired, the time needed for a few movements as well as the change of the joint Angle, the coach also not easy to detect.And at present, the domestic not yet, about the flying saucer shooting sports developed a video feedback system, to engage in skeet shooting athletes in the training process of the project, grasp of the action to save time and effort, simplify the action and reduce the damage.This research is to use live video feedback technology for athletes to video playback, slow motion video and video delay feedback technology, such as to improve the skeet shooting athletes performance, providing scientific and technological services and research design.By using the method of literature, expert interview method, observation method and case study to make the index selection and meaning, index of measurement and application, the same player flying saucer shooting action technology are discussed. Compared with the flying saucer shooting training near the World Cup action two times difference, the superiority of the verification system.In this paper, the video feedback system of shooting training video for the multi-position shooting athletes is realized. And the time delay playback function is realized, and the video frequency of the same person can be synchronously compared with the training video of two different periods or multiplayer. The evaluation index of the technology of the flying saucer shooting is set up, and the four positions of the camera are determined according to the project features and requirements of the evaluation index and the shooting movement of the flying saucer. Through the analysis with a flying saucer shooting athletes of different two period training video images, in Beijing during the world cup the movement stability significantly better in the period of training.
