With the development of society, the world demand for talent is more urgent. As the main training personnel, the society put forward higher requirements on teachers, therefore, teachers’ work is becoming concern domain. For the internship students, the future teacher, their understandings of teachers’ occupation, and thus the formation of the educational attitude, directly related to the level of development of teachers in the future. So improving the internship students’ education quality, cultivating their positive understanding of teachers’ occupation, is particularly important. Numerous studies and a large number of facts have proven that self-concept, the achievement motivation and personal teaching efficacy in the key role in training talents, so as to the training personnel, the teachers. Therefore, in this study, I will be dedicated to investigate the characteristics and the relationship among self concept, achievement motivation and teaching efficacy of the internship students, I hope the research conclusion can provide guidance for better integrate into the teachers’ occupation, and provide basis for improving the quality of education.This study adopts questionnaire method among 527 internship students, is designed to explore the characteristics of self-concept, achievement motivation and teaching efficacy of the internship students and finding the relation, the results show that:(1)The scores of self-concept of the internship students were above average. There was obvious difference in risk acceptance and initiative between school types, the scores of high school were obviously higher than the middle school.(2)The scores of pursuing success of the internship students were higher than that of avoiding failure, the difference of achievement motivation scores was not significant in comparison of gender, school types, and districts.(3)The scores of teaching efficacy of the internship students were above average.In genera teaching efficacy, the scores of the boys were obviously higher than the girls, and there was obvious difference in genera teaching efficacy and overall teaching efficacy, the scores of high school were obviously higher than the middle school.(4)There was significant correlation among self-concept, achievement motivation and teaching efficacy, which shows obvious gender difference.(5)The overall self-concept has a comparatively good predication to the teaching efficacy and achievement motivation. The personal teaching efficacy constitute main forecasting factor to the self-concept.
