Teaching efficacy and achievement motivation are the core elements of the quality of teachers.In order to understand the characteristics and influencing factors of teaching efficacy and achievement motivation of music teachers in primary and middle schools,and explore the relationship between them,this study adopts the teaching efficacy scale and the achievement motivation scale(AMS)as main research tools,using cluster random sampling method,to investigate music teachers of elementary and middle schools in Longhai City of Fujian Province.namely teaching efficacy data and achievement motivation data of school teachers,varied in gender,age,education,title and school type,in Longhai City.After the correlation analysis and regression analysis,it is concluded that the teaching efficacy and achievement motivation of primary and secondary school music teachers are closely related.On the basis of empirical research,this study also tries to put forward effective strategies to stimulate the achievement motivation of music teachers,enhance the teaching efficacy of music teachers,ameliorate the teaching methods of music teachers,and strengthen the mental health adjustment of music teachers,for the purpose of further improving the teaching quality of music education in elementary and middle schools.
