Social Work Intervention In Plight Of Parents Of Autistic Children Social Support Practical Research

In recent years,autism gradually began to enter the public view,the central and local governments have also promulgated assistance policy and measures about autism.However,the social cognition of autism is still on the low side,social security policies on the autism group and their families also lack some or corresponding policies,autism patients and their families are under tremendous pressure of economic and spiritual. At present,the academic study on the parents of children with autism relatively few;this study is based on autism rehabilitation institutions, this paper analyzed the status quo of support for parents of children with autism.The author through XYX internship at the rehabilitation institutions, gradually understand autism family faced with the dilemma of.finally the author chooses 6 parents of autistic children were interviewed about their after that,from the news of the sick child,the difficulties of its experience,stress the material and spiritual;in a way children rehabilitation training,how the social support status? The existing social support to eat what kind of attitudes and views.In the social support network under the guidance of the theory,the study found that autism family internal facing economic, spiritual,emotional and other pressure,external facing social,educational and other environmental injustice. At the same time, they get social support are seriously inadequate,in terms of support for formal social, school, hospital,government can not meet the diverse and urgent needs of parents. They rely more on informal social support,such as family members, relatives and friends, volunteers, etc.. Finally,the author attempts to take the perspective and methods of social work intervention for children with autism face the dilemma of parents,to explore the intervention of social work in the field of philosophy,and method,so as to solve the children with autism parents met in the life predicament, but also provide some practical reference for future social workers.
