The results are:First, the status quo on health care PE Jilin Province are: traditional sports health care curriculum goals set at more universities in Jilin Province, and cognitive skills curriculum goals set for the skills, cognitive, emotional relatively few colleges and universities. In the teaching content and methods, college students, prefer multimedia teaching; there are some students that teaching content rather plain, not interested. The survey also found that the traditional skills of teaching is still the main teaching methods, modern teaching methods are still small, but there are also colleges and universities to implement the new teaching model of community organizations. In terms of curriculum evaluation tools divided into theoretical examination, usually manifest, practice assessment of three evaluation methods, but also take the market and social integration assessment methods some colleges and universities. Health care in university teacher training curriculum of hope and preference, the study found, like Chinese medicine health care, tai chi, yoga teacher ratio in India more; less in Western culture of health education and knowledge of Western medicine teaching ratio. Field visits to the masses found that because the people in need of health care, there are communities, mass organizations of their own participation in sports and health care activities.Secondly, the status quo and analysis of the survey research and visit information, and health care courses in Jilin Province Construction impact: the lack of cultural connotation of University Health and health care programs to teach and do not meet the social needs; inadequate health care Courses of venues and equipment; sports Health care course faculty structure is irrational, less high-level personnel, can not meet the needs; physical health care curriculum materials can not meet the needs of the community and in line with the characteristics of the times.At last, the status quo and influencing factors proposed the corresponding countermeasure development: Improve Physical Health curriculum design target universities in Jilin Province, to increase the proportion of class structure; teaching content-rich Jilin universities, improve and perfect the teaching methods; rich health care Course Evaluation System of College Sports; improve health care teaching materials Sports Jilin universities; increased social integration and teaching methods, emphasis on graduate training work.
