The Research Of Petroleum Enterprise Information Training Based On The Theory Of The Intellectual Capital

Under the background of economy, the main factors of competition for the enterprises in the traditional economic theories such as land, labor and capital, which have been replaced by "intellectual capital". The thesis first introduces the concept of intellectual capital and enterprise training, and then introduces domestic and foreign research status and elaborates the relevant instructional design theory in this information training.The main research of this thesis is mainly on the design idea and the process of the information training,briefly introduces the development process of virtual simulation training system; At last, through questionnaires and interviews and other research methods, the thesis analyzes the impact of information training on intellectual capital for enterprises and employees and puts forward the development strategy of petroleum enterprises information training.
