The Research On Humanities Postgraduates’ Academic Ability And Cultivating

The education of humanities masters bear the task of training talents in teaching and acadamic field,as high-level professional,master postgraduates have a dual identity of student and researcher,Academic ability training should be the core of the humanities education of postgraduate.The humanities graduate academic ability indicates significant academic literacy and skills of knowledge formed in study and discussion related to knowledge,Including problem consciousness, thinking, interpretation ability, knowledge ability, innovation ability and academic skills in six aspects.As the expansion of recruiting graduate students,universities gradually exposed some problems in the training,leading to a drop in the quality of graduate and social concern for the humanities education of postgraduate.Through analysing literature and invesgation,we found academic training form and intensity, the academic and investigational atmosphere environment as well as personal factors influence to the development of humanities graduate academic ability.Meanwhile.investigations reveal that there are several shortcomings in cultivating graduate acadamic abilities,it mainly displayed ignoring the significant effect in classic reading and noting reading,teaching form need to be improved,acadamic and investigation enviroment should be strengthen, part of students lack of acadamic movitation and interest and have a deviation in self-perception,etc.Based on the problems,we put forward suggestions in cultivating postgraduates’ acadamic abilities:First,stressing the cultivation of graduate knowledge structure optimization and study interest. Second,improve the system of graduate student tutor, optimize a strict teacher selection and evaluation regime,play the role of traction tutor in academic training, foster interdisciplinary perspective through a tutor team,Third strengthen the humanities environment construction of academic research, and set up research platform to encourage academic schools of thought contend, and ensure the supply of funds to provide material incentive, emphasizes the process evaluation to guide academic originality.
