College students’ professional identity, learning burnout and professional commitment is an important index of college students’ study enthusiasm, at the same time to the students’ learning motivation, professional development and career orientation also has a vital influence. Has quite a few scholars at home and abroad on college students’ professional identity, learning burnout and professional commitment to carry out a more in-depth discussion, most of the results showed that the college students’ professional identity level in medium and high burnout level and the current situation of the professional commitment level is not high. But at the same time to investigate the connection between the research is still relatively rare. This paper in our country is becoming more and more focus on college education quality under the background of, through investigation and analysis, understanding of the professional identity of college students in our country, learning burnout and professional commitment of the status quo, analysis in recent years the country to promote the development of the university education quality after continuous issued a series of policies, college students’ professional identity, learning burnout and whether there are any changes in professional commitment compared with previous studies, and further discusses the inner link between them, as to provide theoretical basis for personnel training of institutions of higher learning and reference. Through the present situation of research, at the same time, expect to learn about the students’ existing state of learning, and creating for environment, students’ professional identity formation on the curriculum, professional thoughts lead put forward the corresponding strategy, in order to improve the students’ professional identity level, fulfill their professional commitment, lower levels of learning burnout.This research adopts the Qin Fan bo(2009) compiled by the college students’ professional identity scale, college students’ learning burnout scale and even the rongping et al.(2005) compiled by the college students’ professional commitment scale to 1346 from universities and private colleges education college students were investigated, the data obtained using support SPSS11.5 software for data statistics and analysis. Study the conclusions are:1. The overall education professional college students’ professional identity at higher levels, namely the current college students about their common professional identity. At the location of the different grade, volunteer, family, learning conditions, the comparison between difference; Which exists in the different grade, volunteers and family home interaction.2. The education of professional college students’ professional commitment at a higher level, at the location of the different grade, volunteer, family, learning conditions, more differences between school level; Which exists in the different grade, volunteers and family home interaction.3. The education of college students learning burnout at low levels, in different grade, volunteer, family location, there are differences in the comparison of learning conditions; Which exists in the different grade, volunteers and family where interaction, interaction between the education and the school level. In general, and previous education and other professional college students, in comparison with the research of the present stage our country education professional college students’ professional identity and professional improvement, learning burnout level declined at the same time.4. Education students’ professional identity, professional commitment and learning burnout between closely related. The professional identity of cognition, emotion, behavior, appropriate four factor and professional commitment of all four dimensions present a significant positive correlation; Professional identity of four factors and three dimension of learning burnout has significantly negative correlation; Learning burnout of three dimensions and professional commitment to all four dimensions present a significant negative correlation.5. Education of college students’ professional identity, learning burnout between closely related. Professional identity of these four factors and three dimension of learning burnout has significantly negative correlation.6. Professional identity and professional commitment to the occurrence of negative predict learning burnout, professional identity and professional commitment of two variables can be combined to explain the variance of learning burnout 35.8%; Four factors of professional identity and professional commitment of emotional commitment and continuance commitment can unite two factors explain the learning burnout 46.2% of the variance.
