However, the population in Henan province is also the largest, whether recent graduates of full-time sports has found the job, that is, how the current pace of social development in Henan maintain harmonization in the context of this issue worth considering.Based on full-time sports master graduate student of Henan province(Henan university, Zhengzhou university, Henan normal university)as the research objects, and uses the literature law, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics method to study recent college graduates are greatly to carry on the thorough investigation study and analysis of survey results show that current full-time employment basic status quo of sports master graduate student of Henan province: First, the employment situation in Henan full-time Master of Physical Education is not optimistic, full-time Master of Physical Education in Henan 2013 and 2014 graduates overall employment rate is not high, the employment rates of graduates in 2013 are higher than graduate employment rates in 2014; the employment rates of Zhengzhou University is the highest than other school. Second, the 2013 and 2014 graduates’ employment orientation sessions focused on graduate schools, almost in primary and secondary schools. But gradually employment distribution trends in diversity, in which some graduates choose other institutions and obtain a civil servant, and the choices of going business are less. Third, the graduates’ employment situation exhibit low levels of professional relevance. What they have learned in school is low fitness knowledge and jobs. This is the moment in the sport graduate school curriculum more single have a certain relationship. Fourth, the graduates’ concept of employment has changed. More graduates choose work in the second and third cities, rather than those big cities, and they have more and more ways to get employment information. The caliber of employment also has widened, and a number of graduates get a job for life and then choose career. Fifth, the 2013 and 2014 graduates in henan province thought education is a major advantage in the employment processes, but their quality and skill level are not much more different than the undergraduates.
