Investigation And Research On Employment Intentions And Influencing Factors Of Full-time Physical Education Masters In Sports Colleges In My Country

In the 21 st century,under the influence of the strategies of "rejuvenating the country through science and education" and "strengthening the country through talent",the number of people who take the postgraduate entrance examination is also on the rise.Since 2003,the country has been expanding the enrollment of graduate students year by year,and the number of graduates has been constantly setting a new high.Although it has met the demand for high-level talents in some industries in short supply,the employment problem of graduate students has become increasingly prominent.Since 2009,colleges and universities expand,which is mainly composed of undergraduate course graduate recruit full-time master of sports,nearly 10 years with the increasing of strength of enrollment expansion of colleges and universities,combined with sports specialized of postgraduate,employment is limited,compared with other professional graduate employment range is smaller,led to the current sports master's employment,full-time master of sports in a timely manner to understand our country sports colleges employment intention and its influencing factors,find out the existing problems and put forward reasonable Suggestions,help master of sports professional students solve the difficult employment situation.The results show that1.In terms of employment situation,the students of full-time master of physical education in sports colleges and universities in China have a mainstream understanding;In terms of values,most students want to realize their own value and satisfy the country.2.From the overall characteristics of the survey on employment intention,most of the students majoring in full-time master of physical education in sports colleges and universities in China hope to engage in the work of their major;Most students choose to be employed or employed;The expected occupations are mainly state organs and institutions;The regions of employment intention are concentrated in the economically developed cities above the prefecture-level cities;Students' expected monthly salary is mainly above 6000 yuan.3.From the perspective of the difference in employment intention,there is asignificant difference in the expected monthly salary between male and female students majoring in master of physical education.There are differences in the job intention,the employment region intention and the expected salary of the master of physical education in colleges and universities,and there are significant differences in the job intention of the master of physical education.4.There are four factors affecting the employment of full-time master of physical education,namely,school factor,family factor,individual factor and social factor.Among the school factors,the training program of professional talents has the greatest influence on the employment intention.Among the family factors,parents' choice of employment place has the greatest influence on employment intention.Among the individual factors,the qualification certificate has the greatest impact on the employment intention.Among the social factors,the economic development level of the region has the greatest impact on the employment intention.
