Full-time Master Of Sports Employment Intentions And Its Influencing Factors In Hubei Province Investigation And Countermeasure Research

Before the 20th century, postgraduates were scarce higher education talents in our country. But the undergraduates has being on the increase since the enrollment expansion of colleges in 1998. And the number of postgraduates is increasing by 26.9% yearly, with the prediction of more than two million postgraduate students by the year of 2020. With the increasing of postgraduates, the problem of their employment has been emerged, which, especially in recent years, has been attracted wide attention of the whole society. In 2009, mainly with the fresh graduates, the number of full-time professional masters began to increase, and the employment have an influence on the subject’s sustainable development, and also the national interest and people’s livelihood.The employment patterns of college students changed from the initial package distribution, two-way choice to self-choice, and then to two-way choice again. It has a profound effect on the employment problem of full-time master of sports that knowing the employment direction and the influencing factors, and then put forward the right suggestions according to the problem.Using the methods of literature analysis, questionnaire, interview, logical analysis, mathematical statistics and research, this survey took 100 randomly selected samples from the Institute of Physical Education of Central China Normal University, Wuhan Sports University, the 2015 Physical Education Masters in full-time of sports of Hubei University, to preliminary understand their employment intentions. According to some of the problems of full-time Master of sports in Hubei, the survey brings up four countermeasures from the government, schools, families and individuals. The following conclusions are based on the investigation and analysis.1.The Full-time Master of Sports, facing the pressure of the employment situation, have a clear understanding. By knowing the current grim employment situation, they use the way of get-job first and choose-job next.2.1n the aspect of employment values, the majority of students tend to emphasis on personal values, while to meet the national needs is in a relatively small proportion. This shows that the most students can not establish the lofty ideals and beliefs, lofty ideals, and that they have a narrow individualism.3.By mainly using the Internet, the employment information of full-time master of sports in Hubei is relatively narrow, which wastes the resources of employment information; on the issue of the employment area, they are inclined to choose the cities that are close to their hometown and the southeast coastal areas, which is difficult to break the shackles of traditional concepts; the students ask for high employment salary and there are no accurate positioning.4.There is no relevant employment policy for the full-time Master of Sports and the school curriculum is also imperfect. Accordingly, it should push forward the practical aspects effectively to enhance student employment competence. The family have an greater impact on employment, especially in the employment area selection; the students’ personal comprehensive quality is relatively low, which should be further improved.
