Abstact:In the management of school,the new teacher’s training is a core project and the priority of this project is the classroom teaching ability.The classroom teaching contains three stages under the teaching process of management by objectives-teaching preparation.teaching implementation and teaching evaluation.However in this thesis,it lays stress on teaching preparation among three of them for it is the cornerstone of classroom teaching moreover to solve the puzzles on teaching preparation helps the new teachers to have a better classroom teaching quality as will as theirs ability.In this thesis,it sets new teachers in the lower grades of Renhejie primary in Chongqing for example to analyze and make a summary of theirs actuality and puzzles when they make the preparation of their teaching.Then to dig out the fundamental factors of these puzzles and find the key to the puzzles.Firstly,it makes a brief statement of the reason and significance of this thesis.On the other hand,it also has a introduction about the teaching preparation at home and aboard.In the thesis,the core conceptions of the new teacher.the teaching preparation and the efficiency are given new definition.Moreover the outline and techniques of the thesis is also in this part.The second,as the new teacher,the preparation has three parts.they are preparation for all the relevant staff.the preparation about the teaching content and the preparation about other teaching factors and then have a better analysis of the actuality and puzzles when they make the teaching preparation. Under the circumstance can the analysis be deepen case by case.The third,the thesis have a vivid research about the influence factors in teaching preparation from three aspects that is normal education school management.the new teacher themselves.For example,the influence factor of the normal education are the theory study.professional skills training and the practical training;The factor of the school management are supervision on classroom teaching.the system of teachers’ evaluation.the training and teaching atmosphere cultivating;As for the teacher themselves,it contains professional knowledge.self-study.education conception.In this part,it provides the corresponding frame to the research strategy in the next part.The fourth,based on the analysis of the influence factors,it finds out the corresponding strategies to the teaching preparation.First of all,to adjust the teachers’ training mode and carry out the professional skills training when it comes to normal education. Then,the new teacher training comes from the teaching reality and Strengthen training pertinence and maneuverability.Moreover,to provides helps for the new teachers’ teaching preparation by strengthen the school management;Last but not least,to further self-study,enhancing the professional skills ability by themselves.
