The Investigation For The Current Situation Of The Teachers In Mountain Areas

Leisure time is the point or line on everybody’s time axis. Reasonable arrangement for leisure activities can improve their self-cultivation, promoted the business level, to inspire potential energy, relax nerves. Our country is a mountainous country, mountain areas are vast and sparsely populated,and they are far away from the core city,give the first place to towns and villages. How to arrange mountain area teachers’leisure life has far-reaching significance for teacher’s life and working state, to carry out the mountain area students’leisure education and the country’s future balanced development.This study selected 20 teachers from primary and secondary school in Hanyuan county’s mountain area in southwest China as research samples, through questionnaire and interview research, found the mountain area teachers’leisure life situation exist the following problems:1. The time of mountainous area teachers’leisure activity is disequilibrium; 2.The optional room of mountain area teachers’leisure activities is too small, the content of the learning opportunities and recreation are too short; 3. The consumption level of mountain area teachers’leisure activities is low, their attitude is negative.The author analyzes the cause of the status and put forward the countermeasures to solve these problems:1.Improving the traffic in mountainous area; 2.To strengthen the construction of leisure economy in mountain area, perfect the school infrastructure; 3. Improving the teachers’economic treatment; 4.The society should pay more attention to teachers’leisure life in mountain areas.Present study of leisure life are mostly selected in the developed areas, objects are focused on the students, this paper aimed at this phenomenon,selected the teachers in mountain area as the research object to carry on the present situation investigation and study, to provide some reference material for researchers.
