Faced with the great change brought about by the new curriculum reform, it is no doubt a new subject and challenge to early childhood music education, and it also raises more exacting standards and requirements. Students, from the kindergarten training school, will play a key role in the practical work of early childhood music education, and gradually became the backbone force of early childhood education in the future. They are also pioneers for leading early childhood education. Currently, the ability to understand childhood music and grasp the basic skills of music, understand the music theory knowledge, is an important indicator which is reflected as the music professionalism of students in the kindergarten training school. However, the level of music professionalism for students in the kindergarten training school, directly influence the quality and teaching standard of childhood music education, and the performance is very obvious. Thus, the community proposes more stringent and even harsh requirements for the music professionalism of college students and the training mode. Especially in this era of highly respected quality education, colleges students not only master the basic theoretical knowledge and educational skills, but also improve the comprehensive music professionalism by adopting a multiple and flexible training model. Based on the importance of the above, from the angle of colleges students’learning in music education and the importance and urgency of music education, this article designs questionnaire by taking Xinjiang Infant Normal School as objects, and focuses on analysis of students’ interest and motivation about learning music in Xinjiang Infant Normal School, basic music literacy, music integrated capabilities, the attitude to music and textbooks, teachers and teaching methods etc. For the survey results, we use it to analyze problems and results existed in training students’music literacy from the aspects of students and teachers themselves, colleges, society. Finally, we propose the strategy about how to improve students’ music literacy.
