Class teaching is the dual-direction process of both teaching and learning, that is to say, it is the communication process between teacher and students, and among the students. Without effective communication, effective class teaching cannot be realized. The primary math new course standard requires higher for the teachers. In the class, the teacher should have the ability to motivate the learning interest of students, induce students’ mathematical thinking and attention on mathematical nature, help students construct mathematical model from real background, and abstract and solve mathematical problems. All of these would be realized by class information communication. The thesis focuses the researching point on “class information communication”, researches “information flow” in teaching process and the problem of “whether information communication promotes students’ mathematical thinking”, and analyze the action of both teacher and students in primary math class by the observation, so as to help the teacher to find and solve the real problem in class teaching, get effective methods, ways, and strategies to improve primary math class information communication.The thesis consists of four chapters in discussing primary math class information communication practice research. The first chapter puts forward the research significance and present state by consulting data and material. In the second chapter, it would present the problems exist in primary math class information communication by interviewing the sample students, observing the class behavior of sample grade, sample class and sample teacher with class observation table, and comparing and analyzing the cases of primary math class. The third chapter would analyze the reasons which affect the effectiveness of primary mathematic class information communication combining with primary mathematic new course standard. The fourth chapter would raise the feasible measures to improve primary math class information communication effectiveness.
