The development of "national education plan" in 13 th Five-Year pointed out to develop“Internet plus education”actively,and efforts to promote the integration of information technology and education.Encourage teachers to use information technology to improveteaching level,innovative teaching model,use of flip classroom,mixed teaching and other ways to make good use of high-quality digital resources,to form the organic combination of online and offline network in the new model of learning.The Mathematics Curriculum Standard for Compulsory Education(Published in 2011)points out that students should master the preliminary measurement,image recognition and drawing skills,and requires the information technology as a strong support of mathematics teaching,improve the teaching methods effectively,so that students are willing to invest in realistic,exploratory mathematics activities.At present,the use and practice of information technology in primary and secondary schools,mainly in the micro class(resources)and flip classroom(teaching models).Micro class as a kind of resources,its use is flexible,and need for processing design to achieve the support of teaching,and meet the existing teaching conditions,therefore,this paper selects the micro class as the focus of the information technology,and it has important theoretical significance and practical significance to develop the students' ability of mathematical reading in the teaching of mathematics.The research methods used in this paper include literature analysis,questionnaire survey,education experiment and statistical analysis.Based on the theories of cognitive structure theory,information processing and learning theory,constructivist learning theory learning theory and cognitive development theory as the foundation,after analyzing the characteristics of mathematics learning of low grade students,well-designed a series of micro class resources to cultivate the mathematical reading ability,and further design of its application in teaching practice,to promote the development of primary school students reading ability.This paper is divided into six chapters,namely the introduction,the definition of the relevant concepts and theoretical basis,the status of the investigation and research,strategy training of reading ability,teaching practice and summary.The first chapter and the second chapter are the basis of the paper,combing the domestic and foreign mathematical reading abilityresearch status,explain the method used in the study.The second chapter defines and analyzes the related concepts and theoretical basis.The third chapter,the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter are the empirical part,through the questionnaire survey of the third chapter,analysis of the present stage of mathematics reading ability status,to find out the influencing factors of the reading ability.The fourth chapter use micro class which focus on information technology elements as a training strategy to cultivate the reading ability of primary school mathematics.The fifth chapter is the application practice of the primary school mathematics reading ability training strategies with the support of information technology,and the statistical analysis of experimental data.The sixth chapter is the conclusion,which explains the deficiency and prospects of the paper.The innovation of this paper is puts forward the design strategy of training the abili ty of mathematical reading chart based on the information technology of micro class,it in cludes the design of special micro class resources and the design of micro class interven tion in the classroom,and carries on the teaching experiment,verify the effect of the strategy training,enrich the information technology especially the theory and practice of m icro class and mathematics curriculum integration depth.
