A Research On The Cultivation Of Postgraduates’ Healthy Social Mentality Via Ideological And Political Education

Social mentality is not only the expression and displaying of social change but also be regarded as the "barometer" or "vane" of economic, political, cultural and social change. The Postgraduates are the important group of high-level personnel training in our country, they are engaged in education activities which is a special kind of learning and scientific research activities, carrying out with their own wisdom to promote the progress of science and the mission of knowledge innovation, their age and experience make them begin to pay attention to contact with the society, and begin to attach importance to set up their own network of interpersonal relationships. Whether the Postgraduates’world outlook, the outlook on life and values are correct or not and whether their social mentality development is healthy or not directly has important influences on the realization of their all-round development and the building of a harmonious society. Thus reflects the understanding postgraduates in the social mentality is the fundamental need of the construction of a harmonious socialist society. The purpose of my paper is to through the way of questionnaire survey and analytic hierarchy process, and master graduate student to graduate social mentality, to explore how to use the ideological and political education to promote healthy social mentality of graduate cultivation, promote the harmonious development of society. to explore how to use the ideological and political education to promote healthy social mentality of postgraduates’cultivation, promote the harmonious development of society. This paper will be divided into six parts to carry on the analysis and research:The first part, The introduction part, firstly it points out that fostering healthy social mentality of Postgraduates are the important content of harmonious psychology. Then based on a review of studies on social mentality of home and abroad, this paper demonstrates the theoretical research and practical significance of fostering the positive social mentality of Postgraduates. This paper further point out some problems existing in the current research, and puts forward the research method and the innovation points.The second part, it starts with the analysis of related concept, and summarizes the basic characteristics of the current positive social mentality of postgraduates.
