The 21 st century is an era that science, technology and information develop rapidly, and the society has three trends---creativeness, diversification and servitization, accompanying with the adjustment of the social employment situation and occupational structure. The entrepreneurial education comes into being as the time requires and it becomes the trends of the social and educational development in China and other countries. Entrepreneurial education is a new teaching concept and a comprehensive activity which plays an important role in effectively relieving employment pressure, promoting economic prosperity and development, deepening the reform of higher education and satisfying students’ individual development.Compared with foreign countries which have relatively mature entrepreneurial education systems, the entrepreneurial education in China is still in the initial stage, with inexperience, weak basis and incomplete systems. However as a new area, the prosperity of the entrepreneurial education is overwhelming, thus we must have confidence in it. It is the first choice for higher vocational colleges to foster their own development by carrying out the entrepreneurial education if they want to have a tiny space in the future. Therefore, it is a big task for higher vocational colleges to establish reasonable and complete systems, seek for scientific and effective countermeasures and carry systematic and comprehensive researches.By analyzing the research background, theoretical and practical significance of the entrepreneurial education of higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the current development situations of the entrepreneurial education both at home and abroad and puts forward concepts which relate to the entrepreneurial education. At present, our entrepreneurial education has achieved great breakthroughs which are as follows. The entrepreneurial education attracts more attention and the curricula construction has taken shape, with colorful entrepreneurial activities, fruitful personnel training and close off-campus cooperation. Due to the fact that China is a late starter, in the process of the development, higher vocational colleges should seriously take the problems which include the insufficiencies in the teaching concept, the educational system, teaching staff, practice and the support system. All of these problems need to be perfected. By summarizing the relative experience and existing problems of the entrepreneurial education, this paper tries to establish a set of scientifically reasonable and systematically complete entrepreneurial education system with strong practicability which covers the goal system, the teaching system, the management system, the guarantee system as well as the public service system, thus actively promoting the research and development of the entrepreneurial education of higher vocational colleges. |
