Study On The Value Of Sports Vocational College Students Employment Concept

In view of the present higher vocational colleges students increasingly serious employment situation, analysis of the current situation of students’ Physical Education in Higher Vocational Colleges and the characteristics of employment values, combined with the current higher vocational college students’ employment value actual situation, to provide help for college students employment, for the social needs of the sports training of qualified personnel, provide a reference.This paper takes the students of higher vocational college sports values of employment as the research object, using the literature research method, questionnaire, mathematical analysis and other methods, the investigation of Hunan, Anhui, Fujian, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Yunnan 6 provinces sports school students in Higher Vocational colleges. From the research and analysis we come to the following conclusion:1, physical education of higher vocational college students employment values in unstable stage; value focused on the performance of self recognition in, with distinct characteristics of the times, is a reflection of the current situation for employment; physical education of Higher Vocational College Students in an objective look at their own characteristics, calm analysis of the employment environment at the same time, also to the state, society and schools on employment related will put forward their own.2, major factors affecting the employment value of students of sports vocational colleges view, family factors, school factors, the social environmental factors, the national employment policy and internal factors.3, the optimization of physical education of higher vocational college students employment value strategy lies in: social aspects, to actively create a social environment atmosphere; countries, refinement of national policy environment; the school aspect, perfecting the construction of school education; family, reasonable adjust their employment and family relationship; college students to improve their employment skills, in order to adapt to the the demand of the society.
