The students in high school are the future of the country, whose health are closely related to the growth and development of the country, while the growth of high school students can’t do without a healthy physique. As an old saying goes: first, Junior strong, then the country strong. As the future pillars of the country, their physical health are closely linked with the country’s rise and fall, as well as the nation. So analyze the physical condition of high school students, find the main factors affecting the physical condition, and propose some appropriate measures, which not only can improve the overall quality of high school students, but also has an important significance for the development of socio-economic and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This study is based on quantitative research and literature research study, regarding the "Human development" theory as the theoretical perspectives and our country’s 12-18-year-old high school students as the research object, at the same time, select 7-12 year-old primary school as contrast objects. Making full use of annual data of the national Student Physical Fitness and Health Survey from1985 to 2010, which organized by six ministries, namely the ministry of education, the state sports general administration, the ministry of Health, the ministry of science and technology, the ministry of finance and the ministry of the State Ethnic Affairs Commission, with an integrated use of literature research, comparative studies, field visits, case interview, logical analysis and other research methods to analyze our exam-oriented education impacting on middle school physical fitness, on this basis, propose some measures to further improve the students physical fitness.By analyzing the data, this study finally come to two conclusions: first conclusion is that the material resources heavily skewed towards cultural studies, which has a significant influence on the students’ physical fitness, especially sports venues per capita area is of greatest impact on the students’ Fitness. Exam-oriented education system mainly through allocating the intermediate variables, that is the material resources, then it is has a serious impact on high school students’ physical fitness. The second conclusion is the time resources inclined to the literacy class has a significant impact on high school students’ physical fitness. Exam-oriented education system is also affected by the intermediate variables of time resources, and thus has a serious impact on the physical school students.In this study, through research and analyze the problem of physical examination-oriented education system, putting forward three strategies and suggestions: First, reform the college entrance examination system; second, increase supervision; third, foster the socialist successor fully. In order to promote the comprehensive development and successful implementation of quality education in high school and enhance high school students’ physical fitness, building blocks for the realization of a well-off society. |
