Chinese practice after class is an important means to strengthen the students'knowledge and cultivate their learning ability. But the Chinese education should take seriously for whether it plays its proper role to cultivate the students' ability. According to the survey interviews and the analysis of the literature review, then combined with the presonl education practice, the author thinks that the current widespread use of Chinese textbooks for high schools of after-school practice in design and teaching for people public can be gotten a high level. We take "exam-oriented education" model as the background, by reading appreciation of after-school practice which is published by People's Education Publishing House as the research object, contrasting PEP and Sue textbooks, the Hong Kong version and some foreign teaching materials related practice,and considering the actual teaching practice after class, by reviewing the "exam-oriented education" model of Chinese classes for after class practice of high school . From the comparison, we found that one version of teaching materials can not reflect enough practice ability training for students after class, especially for the critical thinking ability,creative thinking ability and language practice ability . Through investigation and interviews, the author also learn about the teachers teaching students by the affection of college entrance examination , when dealing with homework problems both in teaching design and teaching practice which are typically "examination-oriented education",aiming at cultivating the students' examination techniques. These are exposed the problems of "exam-oriented education" model,which needs textbook writers and users to pay high attention to it and to improve it. This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction of the article, which mainly introduces the current situation of the research, and then puts forward the question, and then discusses the purpose and significance of the research.The second part mainly discusses the cultural causes of examination oriented education and the reflection on the current examination oriented education, which is divided into three sections. The first section think about oriented education tendency from Chinese Confucian practical rational. The second section analyzes the influence of social Darwinism on examination oriented Education. The third section aims to reflect the negative impact for students" development of current oriented educationThe third part mainly analyzes the high school language lesson "exam-oriented education" mode after the practice of defects, which is divided into two sections. The first section discusses from the design practice, homework problems, for example demonstrate critical thinking ability, creative thinking ability and language to explore the lack of ability training; In the second quarter from the exercises teaching mode, this paper discusses "only to the test" of teaching design, "only for exam outline" of teaching activities and the "standard" the malpractice of the evaluation system.The fourth part basics on before, on the basis of analysis and research,this paper will try to from put forward the corresponding suggestion the Angle of teaching design and teaching practice after class.
