For a long time, relationship between people on the "examination-oriented education" and "quality education" there has been a misunderstanding, think that two is opposite relationship, the fact is not the case, the two is containing and being contained,"examination-oriented education" and "quality education" have inevitable connection,"examination-oriented education" emphasizes the examination-oriented ability,"comprehensive ability quality education" emphasis on language, and the comprehensive ability of language contains many aspects, a comprehensive ability test ability is just the language of. Why is there such a misunderstanding? This is because in this system the college entrance examination, education becomes very real, people’s education with a strong utilitarian, but tend to be utilitarian purpose of their own, blindly exaggerated, go to extremes, led to the "examination-oriented education" as their goal,"quality education" because it is not implicit, utilitarian, permanent and ignored, so in the consciousness of the people,"examination-oriented education" and "quality education" is an antagonistic relationship.In the face of this reality, the research purpose of this thesis is the first people to correct mistakes in understanding of Chinese education on the relationship, clarify the "examination-oriented education" and "quality education". The second part discusses the current status of language education, there are four aspects of the content, respectively, the surface to stimulate the students with some novel teaching methods; performance is more than a day; do not pay attention to the cultivation of thinking ability; evaluation system is not complete. The third part discusses the Chinese quality education in middle schools function including four aspects, respectively, to cultivate the students moral character function; to cultivate the students’ thinking quality function; to cultivate the aesthetic quality; cultivate the students healthy psychological quality. The fourth part discusses the cultivation of Chinese quality and increase the target language skills, including three aspects, respectively, in order to improve the language ability; training perfect personality; outstanding cultural heritage. The fifth part discusses the strategies to improve Chinese "skills", including five aspects, respectively, to enhance the professional quality of teachers; the teaching process; to cultivate the students’ consciousness of Chinese; reading teaching; teaching of writing. These five aspects demonstrated comprehensively the content, not only absorbed the academic experience of success, also have their own innovation, through the implementation of various measures, efforts to reach a new balance between the "examination-oriented education" and "quality education", to explore a new way for the Chinese teaching under new curriculum standard.
