The Research On Leisure Life Of The University Students And The Education Countermeasure

With the society entering the new century, the increasingly well-developed economic productivity enables us to usher in the era of widespread idle, while universities have implemented flexible educational system so that our students have a more abundant leisure time. Leisure Life has become an integral part of student life, the quality of life of leisure is not only directly related to the growth and development of the students themselves, but also affect the progress and development of the whole society. Hushi said: "Your lifetime often decides upon your leisure." Einstein pointed out that it is one of his spare time creating a difference between people. Lageneisen the American scholar said, changing the character of a nation’s leisure can change the whole character and efficiency of this nation. Thus, leisure education in any one culture should not to be overlooked. Therefore Concerning college students ’ leisure life and leisure education,is not just college students’ inner development need, but also the needs of the community and the country’s national development.The study by a University of Hunan Province 600 undergraduates doing surveys, a more comprehensive analysis of the current situation of university students leisure life, college students come to the university and has a more ample time to arrange leisure time there is a certain initiative, abundant leisure activities, leisure life for a certain awareness, for their leisure life has a more positive expectations and evaluation conclusions; but there are many problems, such as college students lack of scientific concept of leisure and correct concept of leisure education; college students in general for their lack of planning and leisure time execution, lack of leisure life consciously autonomy; structural imbalances in leisure activities, activity level is not high; to enrich students’ leisure life of existing sites, the relative lack of facilities. For Students’ Leisure Life and Leisure Education Problems,this article provide two ways to improve college students’ leisure time :for one hand,the students themselves as the subjective aspects of their leisure life to improve their leisure literacy,and for another hand,colleges and universities as the objective aspects to create a good environment both leisure suggestions and countermeasures.This paper discusses two aspects of measures as the following : First, interms of the subjective aspects of college students as the central of their leisure life, leisure education of college students is more of a self-education, they should be responsible for their own leisure life, strengthen themselves in leisure culture values and leisure educational philosophy, goals, willpower and force execution plan, etc., in order to make their own quality and content rich leisure life, the pursuit of human perfection and virtue complete. Secondly, in terms of the objective, the university as a university student regulators should strive to create a good environment for leisure leisure life of college students, and actively guide students to take advantage of the social and cultural facilities, in order to better meet the needs of students’ leisure life.
