Applied Research Of Educational Equipment Management System In Experimental Teaching Performance Evaluation

Alone with education modernizing and developing in information technology, experimental teaching and managing began to step into the fast lane of digitizing, digitization of experimental teaching and management has become a hot topic. In this paper, aim at experimental teaching development in junior high school, proposed a theory combined with performance appraisal, information system management and experimental teaching,base on the requirements of school experimental teaching management, by means of equipment management system to refining dynamic and visual managing experimental teaching and to get the purpose to performance evaluation and improve teaching quality of experiments teaching. Currently, there is few of subjects concerned about the combination of equipment management system with junior high school experimental teaching, so I think it is necessary to conduct innovative research, which is closely linked to my work, through the research, we can explore a new model of experimental teaching management, and promote experiments development of teaching.I believe that the experimental teaching performance evaluation contains two meanings: First, it is aim at the equipment staff, especially for the working condition of the equipment status and performance management personnel conducted, called job performance; at the same time, it means efficiency of the staff which brought the improvements of efficiency in the use of equipment. There will be an analysis based on a large number of documents through the study of traditional asset management model and the aspects to influent experimental teaching quality, at mean while, on the use of modern information technology to manage experimental teaching, improve experimental teaching methods to construct the experimental evaluation of teaching performance management system, management system through the use of one of the procurement module, the daily management module, statistical reporting module to change the traditional experimental teaching management model under promote experimental teaching performance, and ultimately enhance experimental teaching.
