Research On The Performance Evaluation Of The Education Equipment

As the foundation of the school teaching, education equipment ensures the reformation of the information teaching. In recent years, our government continuously increased the investment on the development of the elementary education. This leads to the rapid improvement of the primary and middle schools'education infrastructural constructed level. And makes the teaching methods of the basic education varies; and with plenty of education equipment can be choose. And the new type of education equipment becomes the focus of people's attention for its high using-cost and technology. However, can its application effects coordinate the invest scale? Can it benefit better compared with the typical education equipment? In order to answer these questions, it will be necessary to have an index standard which can estimate the performance of the education equipment. This thesis is oriented in solving these questions, building up a standard for the performance evaluation of the primary and middle school's education equipment, and exploring a scientific method for the performance evaluation of the education equipment, and looking forward to find a practical and advanced evaluation method.The thesis is consisted of six chaptersThe first chapter is the overall description for the background and significance of the researching. It designs the study method and the procedure, collects and arranges the related information of the performance evaluation of the education equipment in order to understand the correlated conceptions and status quo of the researching.In the second chapter, the author elaborates the theoretical basis of the research of the performance evaluation of the education equipment in details, and its guiding meaning for this study.The third chapter is based on the former chapters'theory study. According to the formation principle and method of the evaluation system, with the experts'opinions, a system of the performance evaluation of the education equipment was initially established. And ensure the perfect standard and weight through interviewing the experts.In the forth chapter, the author tries design the steps of the evaluation, according to the evaluation purpose and the objects'features, chooses the evaluation model, combines the DEA of the Operation Research with the index evaluation system of the education equipment.In the fifth chapter, the author aims at examining and completing the index evaluation system and the evaluation model through the examples of the performance evaluation. Use the estimating method which was formulated in the former chapters to make a performance evaluation of the Xiushui NO.1 Middle School. In this way, the performance evaluation can be improved, and the feasibility of the index evaluation system and the evaluation method can be test as well.The sixth chapter is the conclusion of the thesis. In this part, the author pointed out the deficiency of the research and the path to follow in the future study.
