Rural area is the special area of the distribution of educational resources, the quality of education is often not as good as the city, the treatment of teachers and the development prospects are also relatively poor, especially rural secondary school physical education teachers, it is easy to be ignored in rural areas the weak education environment. Physical education PE teachers is a labor and mental work. Physical education teachers in rural middle school is a special group of teachers, sports teachers in rural middle school work takes a lot of time and effort on the student body to bet a lot. However, because of the society for sports teachers occupation of rural middle school lack the correct understanding and the understanding, PE teachers as teachers in the "two class citizen". PE teachers in the rural middle school in the work is often a lack of positive feedback, unable to realize their expectations, teaching is not only difficult to have a sense of achievement, but also often have to face from the school leaders, other teachers and even students misunderstanding. In this case, the sports of rural school teachers job satisfaction is very low, it is easy to produce the phenomenon of job burnout.This paper through the literature material method combing of former PE teacher occupation maturity related research, conducted by sampling survey of P.E. teachers in rural middle schools through questionnaire survey method. The research is divided into 5 parts, the first part is mainly introduction, describes the research background of this paper, the research purpose and from the different angle of view elaborated the research significance, objectives and innovation. The second part mainly combs and judgment of the literature, mainly combed the relevant amount of job satisfaction of the table; the theoretical structure of job satisfaction factors; research results, main features and the influence of the domestic and foreign scholars on the physical education teachers’ job satisfaction. The third part is the main research object and method, mainly using the method of questionnaire investigation, interview investigation of current situation of rural middle school PE Teachers’ job satisfaction from the aspect of personal circumstances, the work treatment, workload, occupation recognition and social status and occupation development, survival dilemma has high school teachers in rural areas to understand, the results of the survey show that: Rural Teachers’ social position the middle school is generally low, the work treatment is not ideal, work recognition degree is low, lack of occupation accomplishment and a sense of identity, occupation development situation is not optimistic. The fourth part of the article from the personal factors, the working relationship, welfare, promotion of education, analyzes the influence factors of work environment, job satisfaction of physical education teachers in rural research proves, in the salary treatment more than 2000 salary satisfaction gradually increase, higher wages, the higher the degree of satisfaction. In the relationship between workload and satisfaction, part-time coach and teacher of physical education teachers’ satisfaction is relatively high. The working relationship and satisfaction is positively related to relationship, work better, higher satisfaction. At the same time, working environment, job approval, fairness and job satisfaction is positively related to both process. Third, different gender, different degree, different titles, sports teachers of different coaching on job satisfaction of different concerns; young teachers often low title, high academic qualifications, they pay more attention to hardware conditions, such as wages, working environment; senior teachers are often of low degree, teaching life long, title high, they are more the social attention to its recognition of the work, as well as the value of my own work. Finally, this paper proposes to improve the job satisfaction of physical education teachers in middle schools of rural strategy mainly includes: to improve the physical education teachers in rural middle schools and welfare treatment; increase the sports teachers in rural middle schools in promotion of education indicators; create a good rural school sports work environment; the strengthening of rural PE teachers professional development.
