A Research On Job Satisfaction And Influencing Factor Of Rural Primary School Teachers

In recent years,the whole society pay more attention to education.The development of education is closely connected with the steadity and quality of teachers,and the teachers'job satisfaction can effect the efficiency and effectiveness directly. Only if the teachers are satisfied with their jobs,they can devote themselves to the education.In foreign countries ,there are many researches on"job satisfaction"and"teachers'job satisfaction",and the research on teachers'job satisfaction in our country adopts the questionnaire survey, the research is always limited by the space and time factor, the different researcher inspects the different dimension, our country worked on the teachers'satisfaction little to consider the student factor, so, in the new time and the new historic condition, do research in the teachers'satisfaction have important meaning.On basis of probing into the books about people's job satisfaction from home and abroad as well as teachers'job satisfaction, according to the questionnaire survey on teachers'job satisfaction of FengBolin and ZhangZhongshan., and connected with the social condition, the characteristic of education and the living condition of the teachers in survey area ie. the rural area of HuLudao LiaoNing , the questionnaire survey of myself have been handed out to the rural area in order to research the teachers'job satisfaction.From the study, the researcher can draw the following conclusion:1.The whole satisfaction of the rural primary teachers'are higher.2. The satisfaction of rural primary teachers in nine dimensions from top down is job environment, leadership and administration, job itself, colleague relationships, job reward, students themselves, self-presentation, social status, workload.3.The job satisfaction of the male teachers are a little higher than the female ones,and the teacher who have married are a little higher than those who haven't married.4.With the increasing of the age, the job satisfaction of the rural primary teachers get higher.According to the research result, Propose some advices in order to enhance the job satisfaction of the rural primary teachers:1.Improve the teachers'wages and benefits.2.Provide the continuous study and education opportunity to teachers.3.Perfect school's educational resources disposition.4.Understand the teachers'image correctty, reduce the teachers'pressure.5.Improve the teachers'social positon diligently. 6.The school adminstrstion insists"humanist".
