Teachers are one of the key factors in the process of rural junior middle school education.However,the imbalance of the current distribution of educational resources leads to the serious loss of rural teachers,which causes the problem of insufficient teachers in the process of rural junior middle school education.To meet the requirements of teaching,interdisciplinary teaching has become a common phenomenon in many rural junior middle schools.This paper takes the interdisciplinary teachers in rural junior middle schools in H County as the object of study,and uses the methods of literature analysis,case study and questionnaire survey to analyze the current situation,problems,causes and shortcomings of the interdisciplinary teachers' professional satisfaction.The strategy of optimizing the interdisciplinary teaching system of junior middle school teachers in H County is put forward.Through the study,the following conclusions are drawn:First,the overall evaluation score of the respondents is around 3.0,which shows that the overall state of the respondents is low level of general satisfaction;from the average score,it can be seen that only 2.883 points,which shows that the average satisfaction of the respondents is unsatisfactory,but biased towards general satisfaction.Secondly,the problems existing in the interdisciplinary teaching of junior middle school teachers in H County mainly include:interdisciplinary teachers undertaking excessive teaching tasks,some interdisciplinary teachers' inadequate ability in teaching,insufficient incentives given by schools to interdisciplinary teachers,and lack of career development support for interdisciplinary teachers.The reasons for the interdisciplinary teaching problems of junior middle school teachers in H County include:the unbalanced structure of teachers in primary schools,the lack of comprehensive analysis of teachers' competence,the imperfect incentive system for interdisciplinary teaching based on performance appraisal,and the lack of recognition of the importance of supporting the professional development of interdisciplinary teachers.Thirdly,the strategies to optimize the interdisciplinary teaching system of junior middle school teachers in H County include:in school,arranging interdisciplinary teachers reasonably according to interdisciplinary links,designing interdisciplinary teaching arrangements based on competency,guiding interdisciplinary teachers' teaching problems,providing interdisciplinary training opportunities for teachers to improve their competence,and perfecting the various radicals of interdisciplinary teachers.Incentive system;Personally,continue to learn to promote their own ability,self-regulation to enhance professional well-being,analysis of the status quo and rational planning of career;Policy,increase financial investment in rural education,enhance the attractiveness of rural teaching posts,attach importance to pre-service training of "one specialty and multi-abilities" teachers,improve the regional teacher mobility system,interdisciplinary teaching.Teachers are included in the system of teachers' professional development.This study has direct application reference value to the rationalization of interdisciplinary teaching and to the improvement of interdisciplinary teachers'satisfaction level in rural middle schools.In addition,the formed research experience,process and methods can also provide some methodologies and suggestions for other researchers when discussing the interdisciplinary teaching of middle school teachers,thus forming indirect practical application value.
