According to the journal, the Changsha education bureau plans to change evaluation system for junior middle school students overall quality. This system includes four dimensions that are moral character and citizen accomplishment, learning ability, practical ability, appreciate beauty ability and expressive ability. It is to add Chinese spoken communication to the dimension of learning ability as one of the bases from 2015.Then it would be particularly important for us to decide how to improve the present oral communication teaching.As the new junior high school Chinese course standard says explicitly, "in the aspect of curriculum structure, our Curriculum Standards takes the designing approach of nine-year system which contains a big aim with four different schooling stage(1 ~ 2 grade, 3 ~ 4 grade,5 ~ 6 grade, 7 ~ 9grade) aims under it,which well embodies its integrity and phased nature". In addition, "formative evaluation pays close attention to the process of learning while summative assessment focuses on the product of language learning, but both of them are necessary". It tells us that we should pay attention to teaching process.The first chapter of this research tries to give consideration to both theory and practice, and explore theoretical studies of grade teaching through the literature reviews for the theory of language oral communication and grade teaching, then explain why oral communication training needs the grade teaching by analyzing the present situation of junior high school stage of oral communication training. The second chapter provides fundamental points of grade teaching implement based on the new curriculum standard, compares teaching and learning sentiment of three grades, and analyzes feasibility and accessibility of grade teaching.In the third chapter, the author, embarking from her own teaching practice, looks out for grade difference and progressive in the specific teaching process of oral communication for junior high school, builds oral repository, promotes different kinds of teaching methods, and targets to develop stepwise teaching plan from grade seven to nine grade, to provide them guidance of optimizing teaching methods and promoting teaching effect and quality for teachers and to help to improve the students’ learning process and quality, which has a strong practical significance. The fourth chapter focuses on the learning effect examination of programs and the strategy of innovation in teaching evaluation.
