According to the Full-time Compulsory Education Curriculum (Trial version) promulgated by Ministry of Education in 2001, which proposed overall goal of oral communication course and a specific phase objectives for different school stage. The content of oral communication in the textbooks as a vehicle to achieve the objective of oral communication courses directly affects the quality of the attainment of oral communication courses aim.The thesis try to put forward the principles of making the oral communication textbooks on the basis of the analysis of Chinese three sets of the textbooks, including People's Education Press, Suzhou Education Press, and Chinese Press textbook.This thesis can be divided into two parts, the practical research in oral communication textbooks making and the theory research in oral communication textbooks making. Firstly, as the Chinese curriculum standards as the basis for the material of textbooks writing, the thesis try to Summarize the content of oral communication of the three sets of textbooks and to research how they reflect the situation of the Chinese curriculum standards. Secondly, according to the presentation and the elements of the oral communication textbooks, this thesis try to compare and analysis the contents of the three sets of the oral communication textbooks and to find the different features of the contents of the three sets of the oral communication textbooks. Finally, on the basis of the analysis of the features of the oral communication contents of the three sets textbooks, drawing on the experience of writing the oral communication textbooks successfully abroad, the thesis try to put the three principles of the content of oral communication textbooks, which is the student-centered oral communication textbooks making concept, action-centered presentation and the knowledge-based elements. Hope that the conclusions of this thesis will play a reference for the making of the oral communication textbooks for the junior high school and bring some enlightenment for teachers and students in the process of teaching the content of oral communication.
