A Research On The Challenging Work Of University Graduates

With the continuous expansion of the scale of China’s higher education enrollment, the number of university graduates is increasing day by day, employment situation is being more and more severe, and the employment problem of university graduates increasingly by all circles of the society pay close attention to. According to the survey data of Ministry of human resources and social security, the university graduates is 7,270,000 people in nationwide in 2014, and is growth of 280,000 graduates compared with 6,990,000 graduates in 2013, which is a new record. The quality of employment of university graduates has become an important concern of government, enterprise, school and university students. The challenging work is an important content of the quality of employment of university graduates, the existing research attention is insufficient, need thorough system research.Using "job demands-control-support" model(JDCS model) as a theoretical perspective, this study adopts the method of combining quantitative research and qualitative research, university graduates working on challenging situation, influencing factors and policy recommendations and other aspects of empirical research. In the analysis of university graduates work challenging the status quo and university graduates job challenge based on impact factors, make the following basic conclusions: one is the policy support has remarkable effect on university graduates job challenge, two has a significant effect on the reform of university graduates job challenges in higher education, three is the significant influence of employment services for university graduates job challenge, four has a significant effect on the concept of employment of university graduates job challenge.On this basis, the policies on challenging work of university graduates are advised: one is to improve the college students’ employment policy support system, the two is to deepen the reform of higher education, the three is to improve the college students’ employment service system, the four is to change the concept of employment of graduates。...
