The production of labor and problem solving is always accompanied by the development of human society, look at every leap and progress of human society, there were not people on a series of in-depth understanding of relevant issues and solutions. This article focuses on the high school politics teaching how to use the Problem Teaching Strategies to improve the teaching effectiveness on the senior politics lesson and develop the students’ problem-solving abilities, the article finally to case teaching design and implement in practice, which belongs to the application research.Firstly, based on the analysis of the literature on the "Problem" and "Problem Teaching Strategies" were combing theory, mainly reflected in the literature review and the "problem teaching strategy" theory fulcrum,at the same time, through the method of questionnaire and interview, the current high school thought political lesson teaching of "Problem Teaching Strategies" implementation of the practical investigation and analysis, mainly reflected in the third part of the article, including the analysis of present high school thought political lesson teaching problems and their causes in, The above research lay a foundation for the following case design on the theory and Practice; The case design, based on the analysis of the theory of "Problems" and "Problem Teaching Strategy" on the above, combined with the questionnaire and interview results, select plain high school curriculum standard test textbook "senior politics lessons" compulsory one, the first unit of the second lesson of the first box "Factors affecting the price" as a case study materials, case teaching design.It is worth mentioning that, in the design, the author fully absorbed the Chengdu Shishi High School(Chengdu IV High School) Senior Ideological and Political Teachers Fan Houyong and Ou Fulin opinions on instructional design for the relevant modifications and optimization; After the case design, the author select Chengdu Shishi Middle School 2017 High 2 classes, 6 classes, 7 classes and 10 classes, personally conducted more than actual teaching classes, teaching a careful reflection and summary, to get first-hand information for classroom teaching of writing articles. The last part of the article,based on the above comprehensive theoretical analysis and practical application,The author suggests the "Problem Teaching Strategies" raised three issues need attention. That is, pay attention to the "Problem" is set to have situational- Contact real life, pay attention to the "Problem" is set according to characterize the form of knowledge itself- logical, pay attention to the form of the "Problem" is set to be a novel- enlightening.
