University students are the party and the country to cultivate high-quality personnel, and since our country restored the university entrance exam in 1977, our country’s university education has been getting back to the normal track. Along with the transformation of the country’s economic system and the transition of the society, the employment situation of university students also changed several times. From the original package distribution after graduation, the supply and demand meeting, two-way choice to self-employment, each stage has its own era property. However, with the development and change of society, the implementation of university enrollment expansion policy, and the amount of university graduates increasing year by year, the pressure of employment in society are under the test of all aspects. When the bearing pressure of employment among the whole society is becoming too large, the ensuing thing is that the emergence of various infringement phenomena will exist in the process of university students’ employment. Research carried out to protect the employment rights of university students, to keep abreast of the latest developments at this stage about the students’ employment rights protection, This is a shield to protect themselves when university students’ employment rights are damaged, but also a spear to prevent employer violated their rights.The 18 th report of our party ever mentioned that we should “try our best to do good and satisfactory education for people” and “promote much higher quality employment”. In the internal cause, change students’ employment concept, improve the legal consciousness of college students. By exerting the advantage and efficacy of ideological and political education for college students to form a correct concept of employment and employment rights and interests security concept, on the source for college students to establish correct consciousness, to better guide the practice.
