Along with increased enrollment figures increasing year after year, the annual influx of the job market for college graduates into geometric figures-class growth. This indicates that China's higher education is moving towards popularization, it enabled our country labor force the knowledge cultural level to have a very big enhancement, and it provided sufficient high-end human resources. for promoting China's economic and society. However, the number of college graduates has sharply increased, it has brought tremendous pressure whit graduate'employment, and caused the employment market to transform the buyer's market, there has been significant oversupply of employing units, and the gap of status between college graduates and Employer growing bigger and bigger. With the strong position of employers increasingly obviously, and the existing legal system is not perfect, the problem of employment interests can not get protect of college graduates gradually increased. This also shows that college graduates employment rights protection system operate difficultly, We should do our best to promote protection system of the college graduates'employment rights and interests, and give the college graduates with the practical arriving rights and interests protection are the major issues which our country current urgently awaits to be solved, also has aroused the entire society's widespread interest.On the legal status of college graduates, it's no specificity, this paper to the employment rights protection system analysis of college graduates is in the protection of workers under the overall vision. Thirdly, from the perspective of colleges, colleges should take measures to increase graduates'knowledge of the relevant legal reserves and raise awareness of graduates employment rights, cultivate professional employment guidance team; fourth, from a student's perspective, college graduates should be familiar with and master laws and regulations related employment rights, such as the "constitution" and "employment promotion law" and "Civil", the "Labor Law", "Labor Contract Law" and "Labor dispute mediation arbitration law."...
