The junior high school period is very important for the formation of characters,habits and values of student, but also an important period of moral development. The complicated and unstable emotion comes from the changes in the physical and psychological as well as pressure from all sides. Junior high school students often expose their lack of quality of tolerance when they deal with interpersonal relationships.Besides, they are lack of the sense of mutual understanding, cooperation and respect relatively when they get along with peers and teachers. They seldom try to look at things from the perspective of family members. Their attitude of cultural differences is easily extreme. Their lack of careful thought of network culture is clear. Why junior high school students often believe in such ways? First of all, self-adjustment in adolescence of middle school students can be complex, requiring attention and guidance of adults. Appropriate attention for the quality of tolerance is absent in traditional family education. Secondly, the pattern and content of school education has become increasingly utilitarian in recent years. Thirdly, the impetuous and complicated social environment in the period of transition has adverse effects on middle school students. In addition, due to the lack of tight relationship between family, school and social education, the condition of junior high school students cannot be fully understood and timely guided.How to deal with this problem? First of all, the important step is that we must fully understand the importance of education for junior high school students. Secondly, we have to take full advantage of ideological and moral courses to cultivate the moral emotions and consciousness of students, motivating students to practice their moral behaviors.The growth of students would be influenced by teacher-student relations andcampus culture unconsciously. Thus, the harmonious connection between teachers,students and campus culture should be constructed. It means that family, school and community must make their joint efforts to help students. And a better educational environment should be strengthened by those joint efforts.Therefore, families, schools and the community should work closely with each other to help students learn how to be tolerant and kind, which is beneficial for them physically and mentally.
