Moral Education is the fundamental mission of education. It is the core of the development Chinese socialist education, is the essential requirement of all-round development socialist builders and successors. The phenomenon of attaching importance to intelligence training, neglecting moral education by teachers, schools and parents is more serious, in the actual life, which made more and more junior high school students escape ideological and moral lessons implicitly. Over time, as the most basic of moral education work is increasingly being ignored by parties, eventually reduced to form. We have an obligation, also must do our utmost, to change this situation, to achieve healthy growth and overall development of students.This paper is divided into three parts. The first part elaborates the concept of the phenomenon that junior high school students escape ideological and moral lessons implicitly. After that, I analyzed the specific behavior, and summarized the three characteristics which is the detached, temporary and controllability; The second part focuses on the reasons of junior high school students why escape ideological and moral lessons implicitly by field survey and theoretical analysis. I analysised from these following aspects respectively, which is junior high school students’ lackness of learning motivation, family education and training defects, the shortcomings of teachers’ teaching and school’management; Contrary to the second part of the reason pointed out, the third part provided practical operational strategies using the theory of psychology and pedagogy from the perspective above, which is students should establish the right concept of learning, family should give full play to the role of family environment, teachers should enhance the efficacy of teaching, schools should improve school teaching system about moral lesson. Above all, it can provide good reference to build an efficient political classrooms of middle school.
