Appreciation education is the appreciation and recognition of students. As the name suggests, respecting for the individual is taken as the unique premise, it understands students based on love, respect, and trust. Encouragement and appreciation will be provided by the progress and success. This will continuously improve the confidence and inspire their potential and achieve self-development of students.Personalized teaching is a new teaching method; it differs from the previous form of collective teaching the students as a unit, which takes the personal teaching as the starting point and the foothold. Individualized instruction is designed to help the individual to get a comprehensive and coordinated development. It requires not only moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, labor and other all-round development, but stresses that the students cultivated should have unique ideas, independent personality physical and mental harmony features. Comparing to the past teaching style which takes more emphasis on academic achievement, this new teaching ideas give students more care and understanding. With its own unique character to develop the new program which is in line with individual development, the new ideas are more conducive to provide guidelines in the right direction. In the process, the traditional education focus on "standardized, uniform" teaching mode, it is difficult to implement regular teaching activities of everybody and every different mind. Teaching is a process, the individual’s physical, psychological needs and teaching have the inalienable close relations; Therefore, developing a teaching program should respect the routine of students’physical and mental development. Try to achieve a multiplier effect on teaching should take the basis of respect for objectivity full human initiative, the entire teaching process reflects the individual requirements.Based on the respect for individuality teaching needs and the basic theory of appreciate education, as well as the desire of respect, trust situation, We are fully aware of the importance and urgency of education in the current individualized appreciation education. Take the personalized teaching Liu Xiao yuan as a case study, trying to apply the basic theory of appreciation education to find personalized education problems.
