With the deepening of economic globalization,international engineering talents are in urgent need in the process of expansion of multinational enterprises or internationalization of national enterprises.China's engineering undergraduate professional scale ranks first in the world,therefor it will effectively meet the needs of industrial and economic development in global times to researchinternational talent training mode of undergraduate majoring in engineer.Based on thetheory of virtual human resource management,in this paper it is analysed to use international human resources and to select educational activities,so as to establish efficient,flexible and localized international talent training mode of undergraduate majoring in engineer.First,selections of collegesof engineering and undergraduate majoring in engineer are discussed educational activeties.It should serve to strategic development of university and international development of students to constructinternational talent training mode of undergraduate majoring in engineer.Collegesof engineering are designers and implementers of training mode,and undergraduate students are demanders and receivers.So in this paper,based on international human resources,preferences of engineering colleges and willingness of students is surveyed.It is found that there are significant differences between engineering colleges and students on understanding of international talent training model ofundergraduate majoring in engineer.Comparatively,the preference of engineering colleges of research universities is more positive,and so it is in different development regions.And there are significant differences among the preferences of engineering colleges in different development regions,but there is no significant differenceamong the willingness of engineering students.The conclusion is that there are differences of value cognitions on international talent training mode of undergraduate majoring in engineerbetween engineering colleges and students.Sencond,the select paths in research universities are discussedfrom aspects of internationalization strategy,education cost,information technology,market andstudent development.It is found that there is a gap between the internationalization strategy and the personnel training work especiallyin studentcompositionsinternationalization and international education alliance;virtual technology wayshave advantageson the education cost,especially on students' payment;the development of information technology encourages electronic,networking and virtualization of talent training mode;professional team becomes the top choice in the market;engineering colleges pay attention to the development of students,but the analysis is not deep enough.Third,the influence of social background and education behavior of university on the preference of students on professional educational activities is discussed.It is helpful for research universities towell analyse undergraduate engineering students' internationaldevelopment need.It is found that the influences are true.The conclusion is the value of international talent training modeis not perceived by the undergraduate majoring in engineer,which can bepositively impacted by education behavior.Finally,selection mechanism of international talent training mode of undergraduate majoring in engineer is brought forward.The selection mechanism is referred to the value and unique theoretical framework,in order to improve the core competitiveness of talent training mode and enhance organizational competitive advantage.Research universities transform the internationalization strategies into the students' needs of international development through educational behavior,take account of influence of social background andunify students' perceived value and Collegs' value judgment.information technology,and balance costs and benefits,,and to select the use way of international human resources,and to form different band types of professional education activities.This selection mechanism also applies to the different Implementation links of professional education activities.
