Currently, educational equity between urban and rural areas has become a focus of community concern in particular the education sector. Rural areas as rural preschool kindergarten leader, effective training to promote urban and rural preschool fair is important. However, in the current training activities, there are often overlooked rural kindergarten learning tendentious character unique and urban-rural differences in kindergarten work issues, resulting in a lack of targeted training activities, with little success. The reason is the lack of research and analysis of training needs in rural kindergarten.As a first step in training, research and analysis of training needs to ensure the effectiveness of the training of the key. Training needs of rural kindergarten research and analysis, training institutions on the one hand helps to understand the real needs of rural kindergarten training for after the training set goals, design training content,provide the basis for selecting the training mode; on the other hand also help rural kindergarten who accept research process, analyze their ability level, identify their training needs, stimulate motivation to learn.In this study, education equity theory, hierarchy of needs, Knowles’ propensity to learn, "said the theoretical basis, through interviews survey of 197 rural kindergarten questionnaire and 11 rural kindergarten from both quantitative and qualitative excavation phase of the training needs of rural kindergarten, complementary and validation. Based on the questionnaire and interview data collation analysis, based on the importance and urgency of the needs of rural training for kindergarten arranges training resources taking into account the factors and conditions, determine the current training must solve the problem and possible solutions, and ultimately the formation of rural kindergarten author principal emphasis on training practicality;emphasis on training in the form of interactivity; appeal humane training activities;phase difference training needs of striking conclusion, puts forward practical suggestions for improving the current rural kindergarten training activities.
