Free-charge System of Normal Education is to promote education development and fairness in the new era, The implementation of which will have an active significance in promoting educational development and fairness in our country,Free-charge System of Normal Education has basically achieved an expected effect in every aspect since more than three years. As an analytical method, the value analysis provides a possibility on the significance and development prospects for the Free-charge education of the normal college students, which will help us solve the problems in the practice, also strengthen the importance and necessary understanding when implementing it.China's normal education begins in the process of politics, economy, and education modernization, also under the background of our country's talent aspirations, which plays a great role in the rapid development of modern education popularization and talent cultivation of modernization. The normal education tuition fee system in our country is mainly a spectacular kick off system during 100 years of its development, which has experienced a "free-charges-free-charges-free" repeated and tortuous course.
