In the usual biological teaching, the teacher only use simple language, is difficult to form the correct image. Biological experiment is from concrete to abstract, from perceptual to rational, in accordance with students’ cognitive regularity and characteristics of body and mind. On experiment, student experiment, contact, can not only deepen the understanding of what they have learned knowledge and memory, and can also be found that the problem through the experiment, so as to cultivate students’ exploring spirit in the process of the experiment, inspire their interest in learning, arouse the enthusiasm of their study biological.Xichuan one, in my school opened special biological laboratories, in pursuit of graduation rates, however, some teachers think doing experiments is a waste of time, a experiment on practice class, do the experiments into the experiment. Aiming at this phenomenon, I to xichuan county high school biology experiment teaching present situation has carried on the investigation and study, the purpose of research is to find out the problems existing in the current experimental teaching, to take away attention from the experiment, improve the status quo of the current biological experiment teaching.Study using the literature material law, questionnaire survey and field interviews and other methods, the three aspects of work. First, the review of relevant literature, to the high school biology experiment teaching connotation, conduct the thorough research to the theory, and understanding of the current situation of the development of experiment teaching and research at home and abroad. Second, with the method of questionnaire and on-the-spot interviews, the understanding on the current situation of xichuan county middle school biology experiment teaching. In the questionnaire, in order to "high school biology experiment teaching present situation investigation questionnaire(questionnaire of 800 students and teachers questionnaire, 66)" as a research tool, to xichuan county 7 middle school(xichuan 1, 2 for the key middle school, nine heavy, fragrant flowers, stirrups, temple bay, thick middle school as an ordinary high school) about the biological experiment teaching present situation of the comprehensive survey, and using the method of mathematical statistics on the comprehensive quantitative assessment; Interview method of the research object of xichuan, 3 class, class 1, grade one, one of 5 classes, 7 class the students of class four and seven school’s biology teacher. Third, through the above theoretical research and questionnaire survey results, combined with practical experience, put forward to improve the current status of xichuan county middle school biology experiment teaching strategy.Results: with the implementation of the new curriculum reform, part of the school and the teacher has a certain degree of knowledge of biological experiments, built the school laboratory, has a special experiment; But xichuan county high school biology experiment teaching there are still some problems:(1) the xichuan county key middle school and ordinary high school biology experiment teaching conditions have difference, such as, equipped under the microscope, the key secondary schools Pei Bei Lv of 100%, 2 5 Pei Bei Lv in the secondary school is only 20%;(2) part of the biology teachers lack of innovation consciousness, the understanding of the new curriculum idea is not deep, do not take the students experiment skill and the cultivation of thinking ability.(3) among the disciplines of biological subjects on the low side, the school seriously enough.(4) biological curriculum classes, can’t meet the requirements of the experiment, 62.4% of surveyed students think biology class.(5) single assessment model and evaluation system is incomplete, too much attention to the knowledge structure of evaluation, and neglect for evaluation experiment, dampened the enthusiasm of teachers to carry out the biological experiment, in the teacher questionnaire, up to 65% of the teachers reflect their school not to evaluate the biological experiment teaching and examination, 15% of the teachers reflect the evaluation system is not reasonable.Research conclusions: the status quo of xichuan county middle school biology experiment teaching can hinder the development of students’ creative ability and innovative thinking. To get out of the dilemma, should from the following five aspects:(1) try to improve the experiment teaching of secondary school conditions.(2) update their ideas.(3) strengthen comprehensive understanding of the significance of high school biology experiment teaching.(4) the reasonable arrangement of experiment classes.(5) establish a diversified evaluation mode, perfect the experimental evaluation.
