The new curriculum reform has put forward new requirements for education and teaching.Every link of teachers' teaching should be designed from the perspective of developing students' core literacy.Biology teachers are no exception and also shoulder such important tasks.In the core literacy,scientific inquiry literacy fully reflects the nature of biological science and requires teachers to pay close attention to it.Experiment plays a very important role in biology.When teachers are committed to the task of promoting scientific inquiry literacy development in biology teaching,it is an indispensable part.It is a subject worthy of further study to understand the current teaching situation of biological experiments from the perspective of the development of scientific inquiry literacy,and to consider how to improve teaching so as to achieve the purpose of developing students' core literacy of scientific inquiry.In this paper,the countermeasures of cultivating scientific inquiry literacy in biological experiment teaching are put forward in order to provide teaching reference for front-line biology teachers.First of all,by investigating the current situation of the cultivation of scientific inquiry by biology experiment teaching in senior high school,we can understand students' current learning situation,scientific inquiry literacy level,attitude and interest in biological experiments,and master the experimental teaching situation of front-line teachers and the implementation of scientific inquiry literacy.Then according to the status quo analysis of the existing problems and put forward to solve the problems that exists in the corresponding cultivation teaching strategy.Taking the two experiments of “extraction and separation of pigment in leaves” and “exploring the breathing mode of yeast” as examples,the practice cases of cultivating scientific inquiry in biological experiments in high school are compiled,and the teaching practice of corresponding teaching strategies is carried out.After practice,some students were interviewed to test the effect of practice teaching.The results of the questionnaire showed that most students were interested in the biological experiment,but there were still some students who did not participate in the biological experiment.The development of experimental classes and the cultivation of scientific inquiry literacy in experimental teaching need to be further improved.The existing scientific inquiry literacy level of students is relatively low,especially in the level of innovation and evidence acquisition of implementation plans.Experimental classes are helpful for theoretical learning.Cultivating scientific inquiry literacy in experimental classes is also helpful for students to understand the connection between this literacy and biological knowledge.The development of experimental classes is not optimistic,the main reasons are lack of experimental equipment,tense class hours,teaching pressure,etc.Most teachers have a good understanding of scientific inquiry literacy,but lack of specific analysis of each dimension;Have the consciousness of cultivating scientific inquiry literacy in experimental teaching;At the same time,it is recognized that it is necessary to cultivate students' scientific inquiry in biological experiment teaching,so experimental teaching is one of the ways to cultivate scientific inquiry literacy.Most teachers are still in the exploratory stage of cultivating scientific inquiry literacy in biological experiments.They have certain ideas in their hearts,but they have not really put it into practice.According to the above problems,combined with the analysis of the new curriculum standard,this paper puts forward the cultivation countermeasures of scientific inquiry literacy in the biological experiment teaching: improving the experimental hours,enhancing the laboratory equipment;Starting from life,the fusion of scientific inquiry in experiment;Diversified experimental teaching methods;Innovate evaluation methods and add corresponding modules.Finally,the effect of teaching practice shows that cultivating students' scientific inquiry literacy through experimental teaching can improve students' scientific inquiry literacy level,improve the status of experimental teaching,and promote the implementation of scientific inquiry literacy cultivation.It shows that the cultivation strategies proposed in this paper are feasible and can provide a teaching reference for front-line biology teachers,as well as promote the implementation of core literacy policies.
