The evaluation of students’ learning outcomes has important implications for urging students to learn, checking the quality of teaching,strengthening the student management,and promoting the reforms of education teaching. With the further development of education theory, traditional and single evaluation criterion are not well suitable for the requirements of the Times. The essence of the evaluation of students’ learning outcomes is to promote the development of the students,therefore,analyzing the students’ learning outcomes which under the background of curriculum reform will make sense to seeking out a student-centered evaluation model.During the curriculum reform of the Department of Education of Philippines in 1989 and 1989,it began to pay attention to students’ learning outcomes. After 20 years,according to the development of society and requirements of education,the curriculum reform constantly focuses on the evaluation of students’ learning outcomes,and in the curriculum reform of basic education in 2012,it put forward the evaluation criterion and specific methods of the evaluation of students’ learning outcomes,at the same time, it made corresponding demands on students,teachers, schools,and all the participants.Through analyzing the background,concept,characteristics and significance of the evaluation of students’ learning outcomes which under the K-12 curriculum reform of elementary education of Philippines,the article focuses on the evaluation criterion of students’ learning outcomes,summarizes its important role in promoting the development of students and its application.The article is divided into five parts:Firstly, the introduction expounds the questions and significance of the study,and on the basis of the study in the domestic and overseas introduces the contents and the methods of research; Secondly, from the background, design concept,characteristics and significance to analyze the relation between the evaluation of students’ learning outcomes of Philippines and K-12 curriculum reform of basic education. Thirdly, from the subject and object of evaluation to analyze the subject,object and their relation of students’ learning outcomes of Philippines.The fourth, make a concrete analysis of the guiding ideology, evaluation criterion and evaluation methods of the evaluation of students’ learning outcomes of Philippines,and regard the First Grade and Seven Grade as cases to analyze the specefic methods. Finally, according to the above presentation and analysis to conlude the effect of the evaluation of students’ learning outcomes of Philippines.
