Our country attaches great importance to education and vigorously develops normal education in new century. In order to solve the problem of education equilibrium, to realize the educational equity. In 2007 the State Council promulgated the implementation of Government-support normal education in six subordinate normal universities. Government-support normal education has been practiced for more than seven years in the new century, the existing four government-support normal teachers have been in the work.They can meet the needs of the work, how to perform on the job, in what ways to effectively guide. At this time, it is particularly important to do the research on government-funded normal teachers to adapt to the situation.Through carding related papers about our country government-support normal education in the new century and teachers’ work adjustment, founding that the current research focus on policy interpretation, analysis of employment, vocational identity, which remain at the theoretical level. And the study article is almost zero by government-support normal teachers adapt to the situation on the work. Therefore, it is obviously to be a major gap on the teacher education fees.Based on the above analysis, this paper that works on the physical state- funded teachers to adapt to the situation has made investigation and study, through the questionnaire and interviews about their work to adapt to the situation and difficulties in the work and will make a detailed analysis of their work. The following strategies that have been based on the shortcomings to help them sail smoothly through the adaptation period: Self-drive to improve teachers’ skills; Work along both lines to improve teachers’ self-efficacy; Strengthen communication to create a harmonious interpersonal relationship;Multiple efforts to reduce teachers’ workload.
