Survey On Current Situation Of Physics Teachers Experiment Teaching Ability

The ability of teachers teaching problem has been a hot topic in education, as well as a constant topic to study. According to the characteristics of different subjects,teachers of various subjects not only should have the basic skills as a teacher but also should have a special ability which is different from other disciplines. Physics is an experimental basis in natural science, so for physics teachers, their special ability is reflected in the experimental teaching.Research on teaching physics experiment has reached a very mature level. But these researches are mainly concentrated in the reform and innovation of experiment forms, the students experiment ability to cultivate and student participation in experimental teaching, while researches on experimental teaching capability of serving teachers are rare. Therefore, this study is to understand the physics experiment teaching abilities of teachers serving as the starting point, depth structure physics experiment teaching abilities of teachers.The study is based on adult learning theory, teacher professional development theory, and physics teaching theory. Researcher used literature research lessons learned and other research methods to discuss teacher’s ability and its structure,physics teacher’s experiment teaching ability and its structure theoretically in depth.Experiment teaching was defined into three stages of preparation, implementation and summarize. And analyzed the experiment teaching ability physics teachers should have in the three stages and capacity structure in depth. Through questionnaire survey,obtained the status of the current high school physics experiment teaching and the problems. According to the survey, conducted cause analysis, and finally gives some recommends to increase physics teachers’ ability of experiment teaching.
