In recent years, the physical conditions of teenagers has caused extensive concern of the state, society, therefore, strengthen the physique, promote their physical and mental health of primary and middle school students is imminent, it is the responsibility of the school and even the whole society. In order to the healthy growth of primary and middle school students, and improve school sports teaching environment and the students’ interest in sports, to cultivate moral, intellectual, physical all-round development of builders and successors, to the full implementation of quality education, improve school management system, realize the goal of school teaching is of great significance. "In 2007 issued by the central file" seven "about strengthening the youth sports, strengthen the younster health problems put forward several opinions show that adolescents constitution has been a cause of national senior leadership attaches great importance to the problem.
