Research On Practicability Of Wu Shu Short Weapon Lying Play

Wushu is the carrier of the Chinese excellent culture and often considered as the best way of self-defense, physical fitness and influencing sentiment,which attract talents to engag in Wushu training and study and propel the development of Wushu. Only by improving short weapon technology system positively,function expansion and project promotion can seize the current opportunities of development,also need to cultivate a large number of high-level talents to promote the continuous development of Wushu. First of all, Wushu short weapon project makes up the blank of the Wushu equipment combat, which is of great significance to the development of Wushu. Second, Wushu short weapon lying play has practical significance in practice.Lying play is Chinese unique style, used in the Wushu short weapon project, it inherits the spirit of traditional Wushu,which is a rare tactics and technique. Practicer is able to connect whole body with the ground,soar freely into the sky, still able to fall to the ground accurately,lightly,rapidly,beat the opponent at the same time.Thus it can be seen,Lying play is a wonderful way of reflecting traditional Wushu technique,such as fall,rolling,drop,and also play an important role in inheritance of Wushu.This paper make study on practicability of lying play used for short weapon by the method of literature material law, expert interview, video analysis, Mathematical Statistic, logical analysis and so on, based on the short weapon competition data from 2013 to 2014. The conclusions are made as follows: first, the usage rate of Lying play in short weapon competition is accelerating.Lying play becoming a main technique and tactic is the trend of Diversification of Lying play technique.Second, effective rate of lying play is increasing,its practicability is improving.Third, kneeling step type and rolling type is more common in Lying play,kneeling step type is most frequently used and become more and more popular.At present, the studies of Wushu short weapon lying play is blank.This paper is first time to explore lying play from theory and practice aspect,in order to provide reference for the practical application of lying play,so that leave Wushu short weapon away from the disadvantages of single play, which means that short weapon project is developing towardsthe diversification of tactical and technique, nationalization of project characteristics,internationalization of competition system.
